Super Photonics Integrated Circuit Xiamen Co., Ltd.(SPX)is a joint venture between QZOD（Quanzhou Sanan Optical Communication Technology Co., Ltd. ） and POET, registered in March 12, 2021. SPX focused on R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of Optical Engines based on POET’s interposer technology. And in December 2023, YOLE Group (Yales) released "Silicon Photonics 2023" optical communication silicon optical value chain, looking forward to our products can be applied to more scenarios and help more customers to develop and succeed!

Silicon Integration

Silicon optical integration is a new generation technology for optical device development and integration based on silicon and silicon substrate materials (such as SiGe/Si, SOI, etc.). Silicon-optical integration has the low cost, high integrated advantage, compared with traditional photonic technology.

Optical Engine

Optical Engine is the integrated device package structure, by using silicon optical integration technology. It can realize the photoelectric conversion function and replace the traditional optical device.
